• Preliminary quotationOnce we've provided a preliminary quotation, a non-refundable deposit (NRD) of $1,000 is required to move forward to the planning phase.

Planning*

Once the non-refundable deposit (NRD) is received, we will begin detailed planning. A typical apartment project takes around 2 to 3 months to complete, though the timeline may vary depending on the project's scope, scale, and complexity. All materials are finalized one month before the project kickoff.Key Steps:

Renovation

During the renovation phase, we will provide regular updates at each milestone through pictures or videos. We may also schedule a walk-through to review progress, address any questions, and discuss recent developments. While you are welcome to visit the project site at any time, please note that for security reasons, the lock code will be changed without notice.Key Steps:
